Asbestos Testing: To determine whether asbestos contamination is present by taking samples from various areas of a building or material within an area.
Asbestos Removal: When total removal of asbestos containing materials (ACM) is required for renovation or demolition of areas or total building demolition. Licensed professional are required for this application.
Asbestos Consulting: Consultation with clients to perform a variety of services to manage air quality in locations where this may be of concern including total asbestos surveys, operations & maintenance programs, contract over-site, and abatement.
Asbestos AHERA: (Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act-1986) This area is of concern to all schools, both public and private, which contain asbestos (kindergarden thru highschool), usually built before 1978. They are required to have an asbestos management plan, operations & maintenance program, and inspection report. These schools are federally require to have re-inspections every three year and written periodic surveillance reports every six months.
Lead Base Paint: Lead based paint frequently goes unrecognized. Lead poisoning often occurs with no obvious symptoms. Lead poisoning can cause learning disabilities, behavioral problems, and at high levels can cause seizures, comas and even death.
EPA distinguishes between Lead Safe Renovators (which requires a EPA regional license to work on all housing which was built before 1978) versus EPA abatement standards which requires licensing within the state of operation (EPA accredited training & licensing of abatement company & personnel).
Toxic Mold: Toxic mold is considered a real health hazard. Some people are affected more than other, seven at low levels of mold infestation. Our services include:

Histoplasmosis and Cleanup of Bird, Bat, Rodent and Animal Feces: Histoplasmosis is a fungal infection that affects the lungs and may occasionally invade other parts of the body. It is an uncommon disease. Anyone can get histoplasmosis. It is recognized more often in immunocompromised individuals. Birds (especially chickens), bats, dogs, cats, rats, skunks, opossum, foxes, and other animals can get histoplasmosis and may have a role in spreading the disease. The disease is acquired by inhaling the spore stage of the fungus. Outbreaks may occur in groups with common exposures to bird or bat droppings or recently disturbed, contaminated soil found in chicken coops, caves, etc.(silos, schools, food establishments, industrial facilities historical site, etc)
Confined Spaces Services Include: Confined Spaces: Many workplaces contain spaces that are considered "confined" because their configurations hinder the activities of employees who must enter, work in, and exit them. A confined space is not designed for continuous employee occupancy. Confined spaces include, but are not limited to underground vaults, tanks, storage gins, manholes, pits, silos, process vessels, and pipelines.
